1 Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the ah188 online gaming platform, website located at ah188.org, and all associated services, applications, features, and content offered by ah188 ("ah188", "we", "us", "our"). The Agreement is between ah188 and any person or entity ("you", "User", "Player") who accesses the platform or registers an account.

By clicking "I Agree", registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing or using any part of the ah188 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close any existing account.

ah188 operates as an online gaming platform serving players in the Philippines, operating in accordance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms are intended to be read in conjunction with ah188's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between ah188 and each User.

2 Eligibility Requirements

Use of the ah188 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the following conditions:

• Age: You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling in the Philippines under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. This requirement is strictly enforced. Proof of age may be required at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You are a resident of the Philippines and are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of ah188 complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any legal restriction that would prevent you from doing so.
• Self-Exclusion: You are not subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from ah188 or any other gaming platform or regulatory body.
• Personal Use: You are acting solely on your own behalf and for personal, recreational use only. Opening an account or placing bets on behalf of another person is strictly prohibited.
• Not a Problem Gambler: You do not have a gambling problem that would make participation on the ah188 platform detrimental to your financial wellbeing or the wellbeing of your dependents.

3 Account Registration

To access ah188's real-money gaming services, you must create an account by completing the registration process on the platform. The following terms govern the registration and maintenance of your ah188 account:

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change. ah188 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.

Each person may register and maintain only one (1) ah188 account. Creating, maintaining, or using more than one account (whether directly or indirectly through another person, proxy, or any other method) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all funds and bonus credits held therein, and a permanent ban from the platform.

ah188 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing any withdrawal request. As part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you may be required to submit government-issued photo identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of residential address, and proof of your payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ah188 account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not use a password that is easily guessable or that you use on other websites.
• You must notify ah188 immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• ah188 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent.
• Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, shall be your sole responsibility unless you have notified ah188 of unauthorized access in a timely manner.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

ah188 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), BDO Unibank, and Metrobank. All deposits are processed in real time where the payment provider permits. ah188 does not currently accept cryptocurrency or other digital assets.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit per transaction; however, ah188 reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts at its sole discretion for regulatory, compliance, or responsible gaming purposes.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. You must not deposit funds that originate from illegal activity, third-party accounts, or any source that you are not authorized to use. Deposits from any unverified or disputed source may result in account suspension pending investigation.

ah188 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or GCash) may impose transaction fees. These are not within ah188's control and are borne by the player.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of real-money funds from your ah188 account are subject to the following terms:

• Identity Verification: Withdrawal requests will not be processed until your account has completed KYC verification as described in Section 3.3.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
• Processing Time: Withdrawal requests to verified GCash and PayMaya accounts are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day. Processing times during peak periods may be extended.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposit, or to a verified account in your own name. ah188 does not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties.
• Bonus Wagering: You may not withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw prior to meeting these requirements will result in the bonus portion of the balance being forfeited.
• Withdrawal Fees: ah188 does not charge withdrawal processing fees. Your receiving financial institution may apply its own fees.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

ah188 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to registered, verified players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion.
• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any portion of bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount).
• Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and other game types may contribute at different rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
• ah188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with notice provided to affected players where reasonably practicable.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using two-sided betting strategies, or exploiting promotional terms — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

8 Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on ah188 are provided by licensed third-party game providers and are subject to those providers' individual game rules. By participating in any game on ah188, you agree to be bound by the rules applicable to that game.

ah188's live casino games use real physical equipment — cards, wheels, dice — operated by human dealers in professional studio environments. The outcome of live dealer games is determined by the physical actions of the dealer and is not influenced by any digital mechanism. Random number generators (RNG) are used only for non-live game formats and are certified by independent testing laboratories.

In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or disconnection during a game session, ah188 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return all bets placed during that round to the player's wallet. The decision of ah188 regarding game round outcomes in the event of a technical fault is final.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are set and certified by individual game providers. These percentages represent long-term statistical outcomes and are not guarantees of individual session results. Past game outcomes do not influence future outcomes.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ah188 platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering on behalf of, or allowing access to the platform by, any person under 21 years of age.
• Creating more than one ah188 account or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or on behalf of a third party.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward ah188 staff, dealers, or other players via any communication channel.

10 Responsible Gaming

ah188 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. Gaming on ah188 is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gaming is causing you financial stress, relationship problems, or emotional distress, we encourage you to seek help.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no cost, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.

11 Account Suspension and Termination

ah188 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested to do so.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Discovery that a player is under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible.
• Abuse of bonuses, promotions, or referral programs.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Player request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Upon account closure for any reason, any real-money balance in the account (excluding bonus funds and funds under investigation) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Funds that are the subject of an ongoing investigation may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.

12 Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, text, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the ah188 platform ("Platform Content") are the property of ah188 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the ah188 gaming services. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform Content without the prior written consent of ah188.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ah188 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or gaming funds resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any content, information, or advice obtained through the platform that you rely upon to your detriment.
• Delays in deposit processing or withdrawal disbursement caused by third-party payment providers.
• Game malfunctions or technical errors for which game rounds have been voided and bets returned in accordance with Section 8.

ah188's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), and relevant PAGCOR regulations, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or to the laying of venue in such courts.

15 Amendments to These Terms

ah188 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, ah188 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or by a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ah188 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
